Have you ever thought about how much of your life you spend worrying? The time you spend worrying about your family, worrying about paying the bills, worrying about things that may or may not happen. How about the time you spend worrying about your health, your job or any of a number of things?
If you're like most folks, worry is your middle name.
You're worried about things.
You're worried about people.
You're worried about today.
You're worried about tomorrow.
You're worried about just about everything under the sun.
You become anxious and apprehensive, troubled and tormented; and you don't know what to do - or where to turn.
So you worry some more.

How much good has come from all of your worrying? Has it made you happier? Has it made you healthier? Has it moved you one inch closer to reaching your goals? Of course it hasn't. If the worrying has done anything at all (other than worry yourself sick), it has moved your hopes, dreams and aspirations farther away.
Good grief! Now there's something else to worry about.
Be honest, you know worrying isn't good for you. After all, it saps your strength. It zaps your focus. It makes you feel just plain lousy. Deep down you know you need to stop worrying. So you try to relax and unwind. But the minute something goes wrong, off you go again.
And your worry meter spins into overdrive.

Worrying drains and depletes you. Worrying wears you down - and wears you out. Worrying makes your problems seem bigger, tougher... virtually insurmountable.
Is there any way to get off this crazy worry-mobile?
Yes there is. But it takes work. It takes focus. It takes a whole lot of 'want to.' the only way to stop worrying is to, well... stop worrying. Instead of thinking about what could go wrong, focus on what might go right. Instead of worrying about the mistakes you may make, get out there and start making the right mmoves.
Rather than waste time looking at what you don't have right now, look at what you do have - and get busy putting it to work. Instead of expecting the worst, why not try expecting the best for a change and see where it takes you? By replacing worry with action, you start focusing on making things better. You start making things happen. You start feeling better.
And life gets better.

If I can give you one piece of advice (speaking from experience I might add), it would be this. You need to stop worrying - and start living. I mean really living! You need to get fired up about life's endless possibilities. You need to get positive. Get motivated. Get optimistic, energetic and enthusiastic. Get whatever you need to get to get over the hump. And get out there and enjoy life to the max.
When things go wrong (which they will at one point or another), don't fall apart. Zero in on what you need to do to fix the problem. Then do it. Don't wait. Don't worry. Just tackle the problem head-on and get it behind you.
Stop worrying. Start doing. And you'll start making good things happen. And start having the time of your life.
