Each of us is a by-product of what we repeatedly say, think and do. Regardless of whether the actions we take daily are good, bad or somewhere in between, the quality of our lives are a direct reflection of the habits we develop throughout the course of our lifetimes.
If we make positive choices and develop good habits, we generally receive positive results along the way. On the other hand, if we constantly make bad decisions and poor choices, we set a negative pattern in motion, leaving a trail of disappointment and heartache in our wake.

There's not a day that goes by that doesn't require some choices to be made. There are big choices and small choices; important and not so important decisions as well. And like it or not, we must make them. Most of the time we know what we need to do, but sometimes the 'doing it' part proves too difficult.
Instead of making the right decision and doing the right thing, we take the easy or lazy way out - even though we know it's probably not in our best interests. And these bad choices and wrong decisions can really pile up if we're not careful.

Regardless of the wrong decisions we may have made in the past and the bad choices we may have made, it is never too late to turn things around and start making the right moves right now.
By persistently pursuing a positive course of action and continually developing good habits, we power ourselves towards the attainment of our goals and aspirations. Conversely, by continuously engaging in a negative pattern of self-defeating and self-destructive behavior, we systematically move ourselves further and further away from the lives we wish to live.
The only way to change where you are and to change what you are is to CHANGE what you consistently do. That's right, the only way to get better results is to make better choices and to start making them right here and right now. And then keep making them.

Made some bad decisions in the past? No big deal, everyone has made them; even the most successful people who have ever lived. Made some wrong choices along the way? Again, so what? They're just water under the bridge. What you do from this point forward is the only thing that counts. And it's time to start making your life count big time.
Want better results? Then get better habits. By repeatedly doing the right thing over and over again, you begin to develop healthy habits that can take you anywhere you desire. With each powerful, positive step you take, you indelibly weave these habits into your daily routine. Then, before you know you it, these positive-charged habits will have become almost second nature and a permanent part of everything you say, think and do. And they'll take you anywhere you've dreamed of going.
The Bottom Line: You can get better starting today. Better yet, there is absolutely no limit on how much better you can get.
