Yesterday we talked about the importance of getting started. Without question, getting started is always the most important step in getting any job completed. And speaking of getting started, you are ready to do those things that need to be done in order to get you where you need to go, arent you?
Once you are ready to get moving, you may find yourself asking where do you go to get started? It may surprise you that you dont have to go anyplace at all. In all likelihood, you are already there. Since there is no time like the present to get to started, what better place could there be to get started than right where you are right now? Believe it or not, the grass is always greener on your side of the fence. The best place to get the ball rolling is always right where you are at that very moment. After all, you are already here. You don't have to waste time getting to a perfect starting place, you just get going right now. When you get started right where you are, then there is never any putting it off, procrastination and waiting around to slow you down or hold you back.
Instead of searching far and wide for that perfect place to get started, doesn't it make a lot more sense to quit wasting your time looking and begin using your time more wisely by getting started right now and right here instead? Napoleon Hill, the author of the immensely popular book entitled Think and Grow Rich, once said, "Do not look for opportunity in the distance, but recognize and embrace it right where you are today". Maybe you could take Mr. Hill's sage advice to heart and start uncovering the ample opportunity that surrounds you daily. Then once you start seeing the abundant opportunity, dont just sit there. Grab that opportunity and then go to work and start making things happen right here and right now.
You know you need to do it and need to do it
right now. Get in there and grab your fair share. After all, there will never be a better place to be your best than right where you are today.
